We are aware of some network service issues that could cause issues connecting to the web portal and could delay some data inputs.
We have been informed by our network service provider that this a known fault and they are investigating as a high priority. We currently have no ETA from the supplier, however further updates will be provided in due course.
We would like to apologise for any service interruption.
Services are now stable and our supplier has confirmed there was a temporary fault. They have taken necessary measures to isolate affected network traffic to resolve this issue.
We will continue to monitor closely service performance and the web portal this evening.
