To provide the necessary customer support, your name, email address, telephone number and specific enquiry or request is saved in Zendesk. As Zendesk have data centers outside the European Economic Area (EEA), to ensure lawful transfer of personal data either Binding Corporate Rules, Privacy Shield certification, or Standard Contractual Clauses are in place. If we contact each other by telephone, we will record and store all inbound and outbound calls to and from EIC for training, audit and compliance purposes.
