On June 1st, 2021, t-mac will be ending support for TLS 1.1 encryption method in favor of more secure and modern versions of the TLS protocol.
TLS is the protocol used to encrypt internet traffic and secures web pages with the padlock icon within your web browser, we're making this change as TLS 1.1 is now obsolete.
The will be no outage period for this change, however if you currently use an older web browser that does not support TLS 1.2 or TLS 1.3 you will experience connection issues to the My t-mac portal.
