We are currently being affected by a major incident which is affecting the t-mac ability to login as well as data flow on the t-mac portal.
This is being investigated at the highest priority and updates will be provided when available.
Issues are still ongoing and under investigation by the relevant parties.
There is still a delay on data within the Reporting/Energy Analysis platforms by up to 7 days, the data is filtering through and populating however we cannot expedite this without risk of affecting current data flows.
No further issues have been reported in relation to t-macs connecting and logging in, with snapshot data up to date as expected. We are aware that some reporting aspects might be lagging behind, we are currently investigating this. Further updates to follow.
From late yesterday evening all t-macs are showing as logging in and sending data, config data/snapshots are up to date. There is still a backlog of data such as reporting and data exports, this process is running as a highest priority but will take some time to complete. Thank you for your patience while we resolve this issue completely. Once all data is fully up to date another announcement will be issued.

T-Mac communication has remained stable throughout the night, with devices that snapshot data less frequent now up to date. T-macs that log snapshot data often may still be behind as queued data continues to be processed. We continue to monitor the situation. Next update to be provided by 12:00.

We have continued to monitor the situation throughout the evening. We are aware that some t-mac devices might have experienced some issues while logging in over the last few hours which might have generated alerts if enabled, however devices are now logging in on schedule.
Reporting and snapshots data might behind on certain devices as we continue to process queued data, we expect to this continue into the coming hours. We will continue to monitor progress and stability throughout the early hours, with a further update to be provided by 10:00.
